Maybe you have a goal weight in mind to play at your position, or you're struggling to finish basic drills out at practice. Whichever performance metrics you are struggling to meet, more likely than not your nutrition habits are playing a role in your performance.

MEET YOUR COACH

Hi! My name is Kyndall and I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition. I have worked at the D1 level with both male and female athletes of all different sports including- football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, swimming and diving, track & field, wrestling, rowing, figure skating, and even equestrian.

I currently work with the San Diego Wave FC Women's Pro Soccer Team in San Diego, California as well as youth athletes virtually.

After spending countless hours around busy athletes, I wanted to bring my expertise in the science, as well as my best tips and tricks, to busy athletes across the world who may not have access to a 1:1 nutrition coaching.

I hope this course will empower you to make nutrition choices that you feel confident in, and that you apply these tools to your sport to feel and perform your best.

Nutrition Training Camp opened my eyes to the importance of nutrition as an athlete. The course has not only given me information, but also tools that will always be available for me to use in the future. I liked how the course combined information based content, like what macronutrients and micronutrients are as just one example, and then went into how we can use those concepts for our own meals and snacks, and overall to create our own, personal nutrition game plan best suited for our needs. I thought it was very helpful that the course also discussed factors such as timing and hydration, as there are so many important factors that affect performance.
